1. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Every Mimi Michelle product is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made without animal testing. We believe in honoring all life—inside and out.
2. What makes your ingredients different?
We use wildcrafted, ethically sourced herbs and high-quality oils in small batches. No synthetic fillers, just nature’s finest luxuries in every kiss, scrub, or soak.
3. Do your products contain preservatives or chemicals?
No harsh preservatives or toxic chemicals—only plant-based ingredients, cold-pressed oils, and organic exfoliants wherever possible.
4. What if I have sensitive skin?
We offer a Calming & Sensitive Collection specifically for sensitive skin. Always patch test, and feel free to message us for personal guidance.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery depending on your selected shipping method.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re expanding soon. Stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—orders over $100 receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

8. How long do your products last?
Because we use natural ingredients, we recommend using products within 6–9 months of purchase and storing them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
9. How should I store my lip scrubs, body scrubs, and soaps?
Keep them sealed and out of direct water. Store lip and body scrubs in a dry, cool area, and allow soaps to dry between uses to extend their life.
10. Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many of our products are gentle, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider—especially for herbal ingredients like turmeric or essential oils.
